for underserved communities - Provide mentorship services and advisory services to increase awareness of the opportunities which can be unlocked by pursuing higher education
Matching Programs
Members of GLC all share the ESG vision and as such we want to support them in their personal efforts to drive positive impact
- Unrestricted selection of non-profit organizations that align with the ESG aspirations of the organization
- Willingness to contribute to the level necessary to attain board membership for our employees
Volunteering
Forge direct relationships with the communities to which we are vested in providing valuable services
- Promote company-wide required events where employees will be encouraged volunteer by providing basic services to communities
- Advocate for employees volunteering their professional services and will compensate employees for doing so
Foundation
Philanthropic foundation dedicated solely to the ESG mission of the organization, capitalized by irrevocable GLC equity contribution, with governance and oversight distinct from that of GLC
- Create distinction between investment arm and philanthropic arm
- Ensure longevity of the social mission
